If a song could describe my process, it would be..
I have been working as a therapist for the last 15 years. My training, supervision, art, and reading have all shaped — and continue to shape — how I see the world, how I listen for deeper meaning, and how I celebrate the uniqueness of each person who walks into the therapy room.
What I like the most about my work is that I get to build relationships everyday; that I get to witness and be part of your journey in some way. That I have the chance to see the extraordinariness of the human life up close every single day.
Working with me, I hope, will feel like a space where you can be yourself — free to express your story in the way, and at the pace, that feels right for you. In our first session, I’ll seek to understand what has brought you here, and what your current concerns are. We’ll begin wherever feels most important to you.
